Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été d’une grande chaleur : malgré mon anglais un peu rouillé, nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis en confiance et sur la même longueur d’onde.Très courtois, ils ont même pris le temps de nous conduire, mon épouse et moi jusqu’à un hôtel à proximité. Celui-ci s’est révélé complet, comme tous les établissements alentour en raison d’un très gros festival de quatre jours qui remplissait toute la région. Malgré cette situation, Patrick a réussi l’exploit de nous trouver une chambre pour la nuit et nous y a conduits lui-même. Un geste rare, sincère, et profondément apprécié. Le tuba, en excellent état, avait été réservé plusieurs jours pour nous laisser le temps d’organiser notre voyage. Une attention qui témoigne de leur sérieux et de leur respect des musiciens qui viennent de loin. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Wesley et Patrick pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur aide précieuse. Nous leur souhaitons une très belle continuation.👍

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mijn Kaiserbas 164 met veel deuken en een lekkende stempomp heb ik laten repareren. Het resultaat is verbluffend goed. Reparatie is vakkundig uitgevoerd en het instrument speelt weer zoals het hoort. Wat vooral opvalt is de liefde voor het vak en de deskundigheid van de mensen. Ze nemen de tijd en denken mee en leveren echt kwaliteitswerk. Ik ben zeer tevreden en kan de Brasshop van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen voor een reparatie of beurtje  aan zijn koperinstrument.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ich habe vergangenes Jahr eine Tuba von den Herren Wolters gekauft. Der Kontakt war freundlich und ist auch immer sehr schnell erfolgt. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurden mir zusätzliche Bilder vom Instrument zugesendet und da es eine etwas teurere Tuba ist wurde auch eine Ratenzahlung akzeptiert. Nach Bezahlung wurde mir das Instrument zugeschickt und war auf alle Fälle sehr sicher verpackt und ist wohl behalten bei mir angekommen. Ich hatte lediglich etwas Mühe die Styropor Peanuts aus der Tuba raus zu kriegen, da der Versandkarton jedoch auch zwei große leere Tüten enthalten hatte gehe ich davon aus dass bei irgendwelchen Grenzkontrollen einmal alles durchgeguckt wurde und die Tuba danach, dank der Geduld und Umsicht des Kontrolleurs, ohne Tüte zurück in den Karton gegangen ist... Insgesamt ist mir der Shop sehr sympathisch, man kann immer wieder interessante Instrumente im Angebot finden und die Preise sind angemessen bis günstig.

In 2024 een Conn 20 K uit 1962 aangeschaft bij Patrick en Wesley.
Deze was door hen volledig geschuurd zodat het een waanzinnige
Raw Brass look heeft gekregen.
Na 2 jaar spelen voor een onderhoudsbeurt gebracht, de winkel / werkplaats ziet er geweldig uit en tijdens de tour van Patrick
onwaarschijnlijk mooie en interresante instrumenten gezien .
Kortom voor een koper enthousiast een ware candy store.
Vanzelfsprekend ook erg tevreden over het onderhoud !!

The instrument was extremely carefully packed and arrived in perfect conditions (relative to its age). The email conversation was very helpful and instructive. I am really loving the tuba, although still adjusting from my previous low-quality-very-old piece. Overall it was a super good deal.

Kortgeleden een oude Boosey & Hawkes Imperial BBb Bass gekocht via Wesley van the brass shop. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de communicatie en afhandeling van deze deal. Op al mijn technische vragen kwam er snel en duidelijk een antwoord waardoor we uiteindelijk tot een goeie deal kwamen. Levering via koerier was ook in orde. De Tuba speelt ook nog eens goed en vooral intonatie is subliem. Nu nog een een goeie revisie laten doen door mijn reparateur en we hebben een mooie aanwinst voor de collectie.

Onlangs heb ik een cornet gekocht bij The Brass Shop en ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de hele ervaring. Vanaf het moment dat ik binnenkwam, werd ik hartelijk ontvangen. We hebben een heel fijn en open gesprek gehad, wat meteen voor een ontspannen sfeer zorgde.

Ik kreeg alle tijd en ruimte om het instrument uitvoerig te testen, wat ik enorm waardeerde. Geen druk, enkel oprechte interesse en professionele begeleiding. De cornet paste perfect bij wat ik zocht – het voelde meteen goed.

Cuando vi este sousaphone no dudé en informarme sobre él, y las condiciones para el envío a España.
El trato fue increíble y se me ofreció todas las facilidades que necesitaba. Sobre el envío, bastante seguro, al ser un instrumento tan grande, fue protegido por completo para su traslado a mi propia casa. El instrumento increíble, a pesar de que no pude probarlo, quedé más que satisfecho con su calidad, así como con el trato del vendedor y las condiciones de compra.
Sin dudarlo volvería a comprar.

Die Tuba ist Ihrem Alter entsprechend in einem
recht gute n Zustand.Ich werde Sie ,wenn ich mal
wieder in Holland bin ausbeulen lassen.
Der Klang ist im tiefen Register bei Forte etwas
brazzig.Es ist halt ein Marschinstrument und es
hat gedauert die Intonation von Marsch auf
Jazz ,Blues und Rock einzuspielen .
Die beste Nachricht ist,im mittleren Register ist Sie
warm und freundlich und im hohen Register beinahe
neuwertig ………
Mit anderen Worten ich bin mit dem Iinstrument
zufrieden .
Wenn es etwas zu meckern gibt dann ist es das
Gigbag .Es ist für eine 4.4 Tuba und somit viel zu
groß.
Ps. Ich bin gerade dabei das Teil passen zu machen…..
Aber auch das ist ok.
Sie haben für wenig Geld viel Tuba verkauft.
